Average The cleaning staff needs to do better in the bathroom around the floors and baseboards.
Very nice place to stay. Loved the size of our room and enjoyed the kitchen amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Saturday night in Asheville! Fine place to spend the night for my budget. No coffee maker or cups for water in the room, but that'd be my only complaint. Close to downtown, but not walkable for those thinking about it as a "downtown" option. Cab fare from the heart of downtown was $7.
Clean room. First one smelled of smoke even though it is a non-smoking hotel. I asked for a switch and the hotel staff was very accommodating--gave me another room. Great place for the price.

Great Location Great location not far from downtown and easy access to the freeways. No real continental breakfast which is ok, it has decent kitchen capabilities and full size fridge. Front desk personnel were exceptionally nice. Cons. No utensils, pots, pans or plates/cups. Slowest internet connection in any hotel I have ever been. You can pay a premium for a faster connection though. If internet is important and kitchen is not - better to look elsewhere.
