drab, worn out rooms. good location. The furnishings and interiors really need updating. Grimy carpets. Tear them out, replace with hardwood and new desks. Shower needed some work too. No ice machines. Old smelly Ice in freezers.

Extended stay Fridge did not cool, toaster didn't work. Not good.

almost great Really great except for three or four box-elder bugs in our room. My husband was able to catch them and flush them away.

Not bad for the price! We use this location often for wknd stays in asheville. With the exception of the trip just before this one weve never had a problem. U use someone enuff youll have at least one problem. This hotel is very reliable overall. The only thing i'd change is they are understaffed. Beyond that for their price point theyre hard to beat.

Repeat guest I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have never had issues with the front desk staff. They are always helpful and courteous. During this stay I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness and the bed rocked a little. The rug had coffee stains. It wasn't bad enough to deter me from coming back. Just not the level of quality I am used to.

Next to a very decent restaurant, up on a hill. Hotel was ok for what I wanted. Bad odor, but candle and room deodorizer was ok. Staff was not good, not bad. Answered questions but definitely did not go out of their way. Room was comfortable and hotel out of the way, just up a hill but off the Main Street so no sounds of traffic all nite. Don't know what the smell was, if it was a cleaner or leftover something.

Great Location, Attentive Staff Great conditions but attention to the cleanness should be paid. Bathroom and kitchenette were not at the best conditions. Nothing too scary - however they could do with a deep cleaning. Hotel is advertised as being newly renovated but the smoking rooms already have the feeling of being there for a while. Overall was a good experience. Very accessible and with great staff.

If only! Not bad for what I paid. If only the bathroom had been cleaner. There was long black hair everywhere.

Overnight with pets The regional manager was connecting training during our stay. All the staff was helpful and conscientious. They even got us a ride to our destination! We had our 2 fur babies with us and they came out to greet the boys and welcome them personally!
