Clean rooms and building both inside and outside. Only negative thing that I have noticed is the front desk tends to hold staff meetings around 11am/ 12 noon and nobody is at the desk to help guests. They just make you wait until they are done. The other thing is that one of the housekeepers refuses to give you anything off of her cart. If you need TP, sheets or towels she will send you downstairs to the front desk. Just pray that it is not a "desperate😓" need. This location is the best Extended Stay America Suite my family and I have stayed at. The staff does it's best to keep the hotel clean.

The room is always spotless here at Extended Stay America - Gwinnett. Ruth was great as usual at Checkout. I love how Ruth handles 1-2-3-4 things at a time. It's a very cold day and even then the staff is amazing.

The staff seems courteous and professional. The amenities is exceptional.
1. Random things would constantly be found in the elevators, including: loose blueberries strewn about, someone’s groceries, and an empty box of magnum condoms. 2. “Grab and go” breakfast is a tray of muffins by the front desk and coffee that is only set out during breakfast hours. If your deciding factor between this hotel and another is the breakfast aspect (even a grab and go), don’t choose this one as it’s cheaper to buy muffins and coffee for yourself. 3.
