Horrible experience The staff member who greeted us when we checked in was not knowledgeable about if I had already paid via hotels.com or not and was just wanting to charge me regardless and then an additional $100 deposit. The entire floor smelled like pot and there were dogs barking next door. The room smelled horrible. There was no dishes in the kitchen in the room. The couch cushions did not even covee the couch. Carpet in hallway and room did not have the best smell, elevator sound like it needs repair, tv was small, uncomfortable flat pillows.

Staying at Extended stay is 100% better than staying at HOMETOWN SUITES BY RedRoff Inn. No mold, or roaches and it’s neat, clean and the staff is awesome. Had to move from out of our 1st room because of a leak in the bathroom. Hopefully they’ll give us a free night
Subpar The condition of the lobby and my room was subpar. The refrigerator didn't work. The front desk staff were unfriendly. They barely spoke back when spoken to. They acted as if the customers were bothering them. The walls were thin; I could hear my neighbors' tvs. Just ugh.

Comfortable Beds were kinda small being double beds, and we're used to a king size, but it was very comfortable and a nicely sized room. Considering that it was needed for a place to sleep, I didn't even notice the shower could have been cleaned better, which was the only negative to the room. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful and made for a pleasant experience. Will be staying again next time I'm in town.
