Carpet in hallway and room did not have the best smell, elevator sound like it needs repair, tv was small, uncomfortable flat pillows.

Staying at Extended stay is 100% better than staying at HOMETOWN SUITES BY RedRoff Inn. No mold, or roaches and it’s neat, clean and the staff is awesome. Had to move from out of our 1st room because of a leak in the bathroom. Hopefully they’ll give us a free night
Horrible experience The staff member who greeted us when we checked in was not knowledgeable about if I had already paid via hotels.com or not and was just wanting to charge me regardless and then an additional $100 deposit. The entire floor smelled like pot and there were dogs barking next door. The room smelled horrible. There was no dishes in the kitchen in the room. The couch cushions did not even covee the couch.
