Nasty Attitude and disgusting customer Service The ambiance was nice however a few things..there is no house keeping...muffins,cereal bars and coffee for breakfast-nirhung else...no shampoo, soap or lotion in rooms...you have to take your towels to the front desk to get clem ones. Overbooked and redirected to a sister hotel. Not happy at all about this whole stay due to the huge inconvenient mess it turn into. I had multi family members visiting from out of town with several rooms booked at this hotel at my recommendation. I've stayed at this hotel myself on multiple occasions and received amazing customer service from the friendly staff with no issues from this property. Disappointing experience Other than the location, there isn't much good to say about this hotel. For starters, the staff, with one exception, was uncommonly rude and even abrasive at times. They advertise free breakfast, but there was no breakfast to speak of, just a few granola bars at the coffee station. Coffee ran out each morning by 8am, never saw them brew more. Flash advertising Booked a king bed got they didn't have any
Wasn't what I expected I was really disappointed the whole time as the hotel had the things that were advertised, but didn't provide to guests. Pots n pan weren't in hotel room had order them did order never came. Sorry but some members of the staff needs to take hospitality course.
Nice hotel close to the Mall The young receptionist was rude. She gave me three rooms that was all dirty. I will never stayed in this Hotel period.
Hotels breakfast was coffee, the room had a kitchenette but no cooking utensils, the hotel is under construction ,there's alot of foot traffic. The carpeting needs to be replaced or deep cleaned!
The room had just been remodeled. The floors had been redone and room painted. however the beds were very old and uncomfortable. The bed spread did not seem clean and was very old. When I turned on the water, in the faucet a bunch of soot came out. Same thing happened when turning on shower. There was no coffee maker in room. There was not a single trash can in the room. I had to unplug the clock to charge my phone. I would not stay here again
