Home away from Home My family stay at the hotel was awesome! The rooms are very spacious and clean...it felt like a home away from home. The staff was very polite, helpful and answer any questions I had. I rate my experiences a solid 10!!

when we arrived for check in there was no one there and we had to wait about 10 minutes

It was ok, hallway smelled like smoke almost felt like I had just smoked

Convenient stay. The area was mnice , plenty of restaurant s and shopping available.room was comfortable but television was positioned in a arkward place. But overall good for the price.

I was given an occupied room the first time. They were short staffed with no clean rooms

Two star operating at a level of four stars. The rooms were clean and regularly maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional and very assuring. A good place for a big family as mine.

Guest Service Could Be Better Extended Stay America is my favorite hotel thus far. Customer Service needs work. I think it's extremely rude to put paperwork first before a guest standing right in front of you which this has happened on numerous occasions my stay here. When I am finally next in line for help, it's then amazing Guest Service.
