Go Somewhere Else I made a reservation on hotels.com and when i arrived i was told they had no CLEAN rooms available. I was told to go through hotels.com for the refund (which was granted). While at the hotel front desk the lobby smelled like marijuana.

Disappointment Upon entering the elevator it was apparent that "NO Smoking" was just a suggestion at this establishment. After a short trip to the 6th floor and the elevator making a horrendous noise we were greeted by a cigarette smoke filled hallway. A brisk walk, while holding our breath, brought us to our room. Hotel was ok, staff was completely terrible and RUDE! No one ever there to help you at the front desk, continue issue with key having to get it reset to enter room, hotel elevator just stopped working had to use stairs up and down 6 flights which is crazy, did not realize how bad you will hear the traffic up and down the highway from the my room did not get much sleep.

Lazy housekeeping No toilet paper or clean towels for 3 days The rooms are never cleaned and it’s a COVID hazard

The young lady at the front desk was friendly and doing the best she could do. However, I had to wait for her to get back to the desk at check in. Then when I got to my room the TV did not work, the toilet seat was missing and the toilet was covered with urine and hair. I went back to the front desk and again had to wait over ten minutes for her to get back to the desk. She was apologetic and gave me another room. The second room was much better.
