The kitchen didn’t have any dishes or utensils to use for cooking, when we asked the front desk for the dishes and utensils they gave us dirty and greasy dishes and asked us to wash them so we can use them.They also didn’t have any warm water so we were unable to take a shower for two days.When we asked for the manager so we can talk to him/her they were unavailable.Very bad experience

Inflexible, low quality standards The hotel was minimally clean. I did have to check out early (no fault of theirs) because my insurance paid for a different hotel. This was out of pocket stay until I received final approval and they would not refund my money despite it being beyond my control. As for my stay, they didn’t have any pots/pans available for use (despite advertising that they would) and initially would only provide us with two towel sets despite four people being in the room.

Poor communication Very upset because i booked my room at 23:30 and it was given out to another person and i was placed as a no show after midnight which is 30 minutes after i had booked. Nobody called me to check if i was still coming. Then they refused to give me a partial refund when asked some sought of compensation. So the hotel made free money from me and money from a walk-in person. I feel like thats stealing.
