Extended stay is terrible Did not get to check in. Toom was given to someone else even though my reservation was paid. Girl at front desk rude and extremely unprofessional. General manager never returned calls. Terrible experience.

Worst experience of my life Rude staff and uncaring management... My family experienced a crisis and staff knocked on the door until we left. They were at work but I'm not a crook dont treat me as one.

Will never return! Convenient location with the nicest thing I can say. It was not clean and the floor our room was on smelled horrible and my family did not feel safe there. Also someone had propped the fire exit door open with a rock bypassing the security lock. Also watched someone walk into the parking lot and defecate in a parking spot. Reported these issues to the front desk.
