They had me on the second floor and noticed that the rooms were not clean and they put me on the 6th floor where they were doing construction and the entire hall stunk very badly. Only 1 elevator was working as this was the worst experience that I have ever had there. However I will say the first time that I stayed there I had a pleasant experience compared to this time.

The lady was very rude. When arriving she left me standing at the front counter without acknowledging me for 10 mins while sitting in the back talking on the for and laughing out loud. Just yo tell me they they was booked up and she didn't have any rooms available. I never experienced any problems like that with no hotel booking. Remind you i aleady paid for the room.online

Not happy with no coffee, no amenities and no housekeeping. Staff not very friendly. 😔 Very disappointing for the cost.
