My 5 year old got my phone and some how made this reservation by accident and the hotel refused a refund unbelievable

Alert !! Dangerous Place ! Our car was broken into and we were robbed 20 minutes after arriving. Smashed window out . We called the police who stated this happens here frequently . They even have a sign up “ stolen items no coveted by hotel” whichl we did notice until after we were robbed . Clearly this hotel chain should hire a parking lot security guard . I left keys there by accident which the front desk confirmed but then did not agree to mail them to me ! It was the least they could have done to Sooth an unhappy custome... read more

Trashed mattress for sofa bed Mattress of sofa bed is a trash mattress. Not even 1 water fountain found, kitchenette has none of pot, pan, plates, bowls, etc., completely none.

As soon as i walked in, the smell from hallway was horrible and inside of room was worse. I have good experience with other locations and i would NEVER go there again.

Never in my had to experience a hotel with cockroaches. It very disgusting me and my wife could sleep well.

I did not like the fact that it was four of us in the room and the pull out couch did not have any linen we called the front desk to ask for the linen and more towels to be brought up then we left for a couple of hours came back still no linen. Went down stairs and the front desk guy gave us two plastic bags with two bed spreads, and two pillow cases still no sheets. Went in the rest room to get ready to us the toilet was stopped up.
