Could have been better The fire alarm went off at 5 am which can happen but the staff was very inexperienced in how to handle it and gave no real explanation as we lost sleep and left with the alarms still going on and off.

Told to wait outside for 50 minutes before checkin Tried calling multiple times 4 hours before I was going to be there cause I figured I would be nice enough to let them know I would be a after midnight Check-in. After phone ringing for 30 minutes and multiple recalls, I called Extended Stay reservations and asked them to call and then was put on hold for another 10 minutes before I hung up. Room 214, 3/28/25--2 luggage carts in the hotel. 1 with 1 flat tire, the other with 2 flat tires. Difficult to push a load of luggage with flat tires. An egg container in the fridge with 2 eggs. A carton of milk with 1 inch left in the bottom. An empty box of brownies and a used roll of aluminum foil in a drawer. Was the room even cleaned? TV didn't work. The front desk guy said we could get another room, but it would not be what we paid for, and he couldn't replace the TV because it was secured to the cabinet. It was not. B... read more

Everything in this place was old, cigarettes burns all over the place. Leaks in the first room that we didn’t know where it was coming from. The toilet was stopped up and the second room that I had to move in the kitchen sink had a leak was leaking and also the first room that I had the kitchen area for the stove did not work. This place is horrible and I would like some of my money back. I would not advise no one to stay there but the front desk people are great.

I don’t like the Expedia customer service I’m calling to check about my refund. Nobody give me any answer when I’m going to receive my refund .

This property needs a lot of work. Seems to cater to transits. Upon arrival some man tried to "help" me with my bags and he did not work for the hotel. Ther wer no plates, glasses, silverware, pots, plans in the rooms? Felt unsafe with my child. Only shining star was the person who checked us in a petite woman with dark hair and glasses. I would never go back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

I had to go buy cleaning products just to clean the shower and the toilet before me and my partner could use it the curtain fell in the middle of the night scaring me the ac didnt work the room was hot
