It’s still bad. As of today, the cable and WiFi are not working, the elevator has been out of service for about a month, and the trash room is overflowing. Typical for this location!

Terrible property! Don't stay here if you are looking for something clean. I only stayed one night and booked for three nights. Never again!

There is always something… This is an older property. The elevator has been out for about two weeks with no signs of resolution. The water is out sporadically, and the wifi/cable are unreliable. Communication from the desk when things happen instead of waking up to surprise outages would be appreciated. Trash removal and carpet replacement are areas of great concern. It's always something! No elevator for the past week and today I woke up with 20 minutes to dress for work and there was no water. I get that it is an older building and things happen, but at what point does the front desk take some accountability in the delivery of customer service? Hair was in the bath tube and stuck on the walls. The whole room smell like smoke upon entering the room I had to go buy trash bags to put all of things, shoes, clothes and luagage in before i even unpack for 1 night. I didnt unpack because the room had bugs that you cant see and they would bite you. I had to spray the room down with disenfective spray from the smell and bugs. People hang outside the motel at night and the side doors stay open which is unsafe. This was on 8-3-2024

Didnt realize extended stay meant all walks of life live at the facility including large dogs. Hallway had a stinch. Furniture in room very old and outdated. Room smell like cigarettes. Just needs to be a facility for extended stay ONLY and not for travelers outdide of the area.
