Extremely disappointed, no pool, no extra towels, no pot pans or utensils in the “fully equipped” kitchen. Carpet was pulling away from wall. No option for conjoined rooms as advertised. All were my main reasons for choosing this location and I’m extremely disappointed.
Good location, bad condition. One word, filthy. The floor in the room had not been mopped. I used a room towel to mop the floor and it came up black from dirt. The cabinet in the room kitchen was full of food left over (and rotting) from the last guest. But maybe the worst was that the backdoor was propped open with stick so that anyone could access the hotel unnoticed without a room key! Terrible for security.
The room was not really clean. The outside of the refrigerator was very dirty. Hotel clerk not very helpful

This looked like an okay place for my family to stay from the pics and description online. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star place, but it was very different upon arrival. There was not a single dish, pot, pan, cup, or silverware in the kitchen. Bullet hole in the elevator door. “Grab n go” breakfast consisted of 5 Nutrigrain bars sitting on a counter. Dirty, dark, sketchy
it was ok. Beds were ok. Came across two roaches - one that ran beneath the refrigerator and another in the bathroom. Was drying myself and it popped out of the towel. Coffee wasn’t ready in the morning.

Room wasn't the cleanest. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
