Room was dirty with a lot of roaches everywhere. The tub was fill with mold. The lock on the door was broken

My room was filthy, we had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean our room and bathroom and kitchen.

Somebody stole my clothes out of the laundry... 😡

Could of been a lot cleaner our first room had stains on the pullout mattress and tub was filthy so we switched to another room that wasn’t all that much better . We asked for sheets for the pullout bed they said no sheets come with it we end up having to buy our own sheets because we needed the extra bed for the kids , We stayed for 4 days you can only get towels if you bring down your used ones first , & oh “no extra” it was 5 of us in the room but only allowed 2 wash cloths . Had to ask for everything tv remote soap had one small towel

Stay away Just stay away. This hotel has gone down hill. They are under staff for housekeeping and the rooms are filthy. The night i checked in I found mold in my bathroom. I could go on and on about how dirty the rooms are but its just wasted energy.

It was unpleasant it was not clean haven't had roaches in a row and a hotel phone has been smoke free and it was not

When I arrived at the hotel, I was put in a very dirty room. It’s like housekeeping doesn’t exist there. Dusty, I used some cleaning wipes to clean the tables and the wipes were turning all black. There was no remote for TV and the microwave ring was missing. Walking in the hallways you can smell weed everywhere. The next day when I came back to my room, my key wasn’t working. When I went to ask why, a hotel staff was very rude and very unprofessional. I will never stay there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do it.
