Please give me a refund. This property was disgusting! There were red stains on the carpet on two places that I couldn't help feeling like they were blood stains!! Please email me to explain how I go about getting a refund!

UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT We didn’t notice that our room door didn’t automatically latch when we pulled it shut . Around midnight we had an INTRUDER step into our room. Thankfully my husband was awake and got him out of the room. He immediately took the INTRUDER to the front desk. The person on staff said that the man was a long term guest, who wasn’t even staying anywhere near our room. This property needs renovating. It is not well kept up and it was not clean. The stove was old the elevator was dirty. The only good thing about it is it's in a great area of town.

Hidden mishap The hotel first said i could extend my stay gor 10.00 per hr then said oh bo we are sold out thet are misinformed and very distant from reality

Breakfast sucked, no fruit, juice, milk or cereals. Real poor breakfast even for a go breakfast

Roaches broken air-conditioning leaks in ceiling and nasty room uncomfortable beds

I paid for a room in advance, even called morning of reservation to let place know it would be a late check in. Arrived at 11:30pm with no rooms available. Woman behind counter wouldn’t refund money wouldn’t let me speak to a manager, and was extremely rude. I’ve been calling for 2 days and still haven’t spoke to a manager and still haven’t received refund. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever dealt with.

We arrived at this property after driving many hours with our four daughters on our way back from Christmas vacation. When we arrived in the later evening, there was a short line of people. However, it moved slow because one of the two clerks was on the phone ordering a sandwich while the guests were waiting in line.
