WORST PLACE EVER, NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS First, I’m not that kind of person that complains for everything. However, I feel it is my duty to share my experience while staying in this hotel. A reservation was made for 3 double bed rooms, however this reservation was not respected, so when we checked in on November 3 to November 8, we received 3 single bed rooms. The hallway had a large hole in the ceiling. Hotel had a musky smell. My room had a very strong unpleasant smell to it. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. This has to be one of the few hotel rooms that I have stayed in that had a full kitchen area and absolutely no dishes or silverware. The walls are thin, I could hear people above me stomping their feet and running up and down the hall way all night. I could hear my neighbors every time they flushed the toilet or took a shower. Nasty and filthy Absolutely filthy and smelly place. It’s in the middle of nowhere and has no working facility. The gym is a total joke. The pool was out of order and they actually have the nerve to charge $10 to provide housekeeping, which is a basic expectation for a hotel.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO We weren’t allowed to check in until 5:15 because we had to wait for our room to get cleaned. Why even say check in time is at 3 o’clock if it’s not going to be ready? I could have planned my day around that, instead of just waiting in the lobby for an hour with other disgruntled patrons. Also, the girl at the front desk disappeared for 10 minutes at a time probably 3-4 different times from the time we initially tried to check in. If it happened once, fine. Old pillows, only 2. Really loud doors —> whole room shakes when neighbors open close doors...

The front desk people were nice and helpful, but the property itself was a dump. Our room was not clean. The gym had an awful treadmill. I wish we would have known the pool was going to be closed. One of the stairwells had torn paper all over the place. I just do not think there was enough workers.

Staff was nice! They had just cleaned our room upon arrival. But cleaned with bleach so had to smell that all night . Tried to run the fans and even prop door open with chair . It was pretty bad !!
