I just can't stand when they staff acts as if your not allowed to ask for the things they advertise. I hate the "sass of the staff". I felt picked on and marginalized for being a Woman.

Not clean/Not friendly I thought this was going to be a great place, but we were disappointed. I found a roach in the bathroom! The entire room felt dark and dingy. The people working there were not very sociable or welcoming. I asked one guy if he could put out some breakfast(which was not a hot breakfast by the way), and his response was, "I will in a minute.
