The area is nice but the hotel is filthy. They state there is no smoking and that's untrue. The smell was so thick in the room that I could hardly breathe. I left and didn't even press the issue of a refund I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

We reserved a suite due to fold out sofa providing an extra bed to accommodate the 4 of us. It was sufficient but not very comfortable. Also the pool seems to be permanently closed which is disappointing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Room was reasonably clean. Entire hotel has a musty smell like they have a moisture problem. Extended stay ain't no way The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor and inside the refrigerator, the couch arm had a patch of material missing, the walls had holes, there was a dead ant on the floor mat, one of the cabinets was missing knobs, the microwave looked burnt out.

Very old and need to be upgraded, bad smell in the room and bed was full of bedbug so it was very unpleasent, but the assistant GM was very accomodating and helped us so we could go to a different hotel with no problem his name was Kato he made it better for us
