We went to check in after 4pm and check in time was 3pm. The man at the desk had to go and check and see if our room was ready and he was gone over 20 minutes with a line at the front desk. Horrible service and not friendly.

Es muy muy sucio, un olor espantoso tanto que tenes que taparte la nariz .. no tiene casi nada para desayunar, solo cafe, unas barritas y muffin… eso es todo.. no lo recomiendo para nada.. todo muy viejo

This place is so dirty!!! The hallways smelled like weed. There was dried blood in the stairway. The carpets were gross! The room smelt like garbage and old food. The floors were sticky. The sheets on the bed were visibly stained and dirty. It was just plain gross. I left a day early.

Disappointed Stayed here overnight while traveling on a family trip. Location was good (took in a Braves game) and price was decent for the area. Staff were welcoming and check-in went smoothly. But the condition of the hotel was deplorable. The hallways were nasty (stained carpet, questionable odors, food and wads of hair) and, while the room was a little better, there were similar issues once inside the room. I’ve stayed in Extended Stay America hotels for years and this was, by far, the worst experience.

Yuck Pull out bed had white powder and chunks all over it. Only solution offered was to purchase an additional single bed room. TV was held up by zipties and faucet was not secured and moving all over the place. Shower curtain was screwed into two pieces of wood cause they didnt want to buy a shower curtain that was the correct size.

Check if the pool is ope Regardless of staying on the website that they have a pool the pool was not open. Middle of July in GA the pool should be open for guests. The room was just okay fine for a one night stay.
