Economy Stay I would only recommend this hotel if your budget is top priority.

It was horrible. There was never anyone at the front desk. The room was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. I do not recommend it. The staff was poorly trained.

Severly Depressing First and foremost it was almost impossible to find the first night even with MapQuest. The sign for the hotel by the road is blocked by trees and is VERY small. The people at the front desk were very good. When I asked for extra pillows we got them very quickly. The room itself was nice but some of the floor boards were warped, our blankets had numerous cigarette burns. The floor but the kitchen also needs to have the trim repaired. unethical practices The hotel did not honor my prepaid booking with Hotels.com. They demanded an additional charge of $52 that they refused to explain to hotels.com customer service. They called me at 9:30 at night to demand payment after I specifically asked the day before if there were any additional charges and I was informed I had prepaid. This is an unethical company that refused to work with the customer service representative at hotels.com who insisted I had paid the advertised price in advance. Don't stay here.

安かろう悪かろう。次は選ばない 同じ価格帯のホテルが他にあるなら、ここは選ばない方が良いと思います。 以前泊まった別のExtended Stay Americaが良かったので宿泊。 インターステートを降りてからやや分かりづらい位置にあり、夜は真っ暗なこともあって、少し迷いました。 チェックイン後、鍵で部屋に入ってみてびっくり。誰かの荷物と、既に使われているベッドが！(人と鉢合わせしなかったのは幸い。)すぐにフロントに文句を言って部屋を替えてもらいましたが、初めての経験で呆れてしまいました。 表面的には綺麗にしてあるようでしたが、エアコンは常にカンカンうるさく、トイレは流れないなど、随所に不満あり。当然、壁は薄く隣の部屋や廊下の音は丸聞こえ。くたびれてすぐに寝てしまったので、さほど気にはならなかったのが幸い…また、朝食は極めて簡単なものしかないと知っていましたが、以前泊まった同系列のホテルよりも遙かに品揃えは悪かったです。 次は、別の所に泊まりたいと思いました。

Convenient location to our son It is difficult to find. Hard to see the sign from Powers Ferry. There is a street right by the Chevron and you drive up that. The room had tile grout issues in bathroom, and we asked for maintenance for our door out to the hallway but that didn't happen. The water was turned off one day from 10-4 pm one day and they hoped it didn't inconvenience us. We found out by just a note by the front desk.
