Disgusting EVERYTHING!!! I will never stay at this dump EVER again.... So uncomfortable & gross!

Low cost, acceptable for a brief stay over. Low cost but rooms in need of updating. Front desk person was very friendly.

Dirty hotel Parking lot was dirty and the room had a bad smells so as the hotel and the hallways
Housekeeping was the worst I've ever seen Requested clean linen and was told that other people had requested linen so there none was available for me by the housekeeping staff a black lady told me that never experience anything like that before had to use my own sheets
The bathroom plumbing in my room was horrible. The desk attendant came to unclog the sink and tub which only the tub worked. I was told I would get a credit for the room issues. Then the toilet stopped working! I reported it to the front desk but said to fix after we checked out. I was very disappointed!!!

Charged for a room that I wasn't Physically Presen I was charged for 2 nights at this hotel, which I was not physically present at. I reserved a room at this hotel (Pay at Hotel), which I was unable to attend. The reservation was to pay at the hotel. Over the weekend, I found that my checking account had been credited for this hotel, which I did not use. I assume that an employee had processed my credit card and pocketed money "under the table" for some other customer. I am highly disappointed.
