I wasn't able to use the sink in the bathroom the cold water knob was broken I informed the staff but it wasn't fixed

Will never stay at this hotel again Very disappointed with my stay. Upon check in I had to wait 20 minutes for them to pull up my reservation. The lobby was freezing cold and it's winter. The first room I was giving I had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor as there is no elevator on that side. Enter the room only to find that it was not clean, bed unmade, food on the counter, window open as if someone else was staying there. Had to take my luggage back downstairs. Dirty Room doesn't even begin to describe This room was absolutely filthy. There were cigarette ashes in the lamp. It was outdated and didn't provide any amenities like hand soap.

hotel staff very courteous, hotel disappointing. Curtains wouldn't close properly, no hangers at all, just not up to par with other extended stay hotels that I've stayed in.

worst place I ever stayed! It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. One could not see the sign for the entrance, the sign was about 3 feet high and 2 feet wide and not lighted. You could not see the hotel or the sign at night. After 2 hours of looking for it I call them and this nice man worked with me to get there, he was the highlight of my night there. Once I got in the room there was no coffee or pot,no cups, no trash can, no ice, shabby room. I will never stay there again.

Poor Hotel shoud be shut down Very last minute trip. I Understand this was a no frills hotel but the smell and "silver fish" bugs are completely unacceptable. Also to charge my credit card $100 for incidental when you provide nothing is also unacceptable. I have stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels and have never had experience like this ever! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

smelly Hallways were very smelly due to the policy of them allowing animals there were German shepherds and K9s living in hotel being walked in hallways lot of garbage on outside and parking was impossible

VERY BAD This was the worst place that I have ever stayed at. There was not anything in the room and we I asked about things I did not received it. My mother sat in a chair in the room, the chair broke.
