Terrible experience Was unable to check in due to no one available at the check in counter for an extended period. I went to my car after waiting a while and called the hotel’s front desk, but no one answered. I then had to leave since I was unable to check in!

Horrible Stay-Stinky, Dirty, and Uncomfortable My overall stay has horrible and very uncomfortable. The room had a very very bad odor. I used air fresheners, everything and it was stinking the whole time there. Also, the bed was dirty. I had to go purchase blankets because it made me very itchy when laying on the covers on the bed. It took us calling the reservation center to find the entrance to the property. There was NO signage anywhere to indicate the entrance. When we checked in, we were informed that there was NO hot breakfast. The room was filthy. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet. The tile on the floor was sticky and dirty. We canceled our reservation and ended up staying at another hotel.

If you book through Expedia they will tell you that you didn’t click the drivers license option. But there isn’t a ID option on Expedia. So I was denied booking with my Passport ID and they still charged me for the first day which they will have to refund me. Hotel looks very sketchy was my first time in Atlanta and also first time staying with extended stay 0/10 don’t recommend.
