The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The main problem was even though they make you sign a no smoking agreement the stairwell and entire 2nd floor smelled of marijuana.

Good location Hotel was okay but candy bars for breakfast is a little too much

Smoke free but, guest still smoked in rooms The environment is smoke free however, guest smoked anyway I smelled it from my bathroom area then it would loom towards the room area besides me calling to front desk the problem was not resolved overall besides that and the room not being cleaned all the way. If everything was ok from the beginning I would have been a bit more satisfied but, I purchased cleaning supplies for the two days and cleaned the way I like it to make me more comfortable other than that the smoke still too... read more

Close to Pappadeaux and the interstate I chose this hotel because it is close to the highway. It's also in a nice area, it's close to lots of restaurants and It's close to my bank.

I was expecting to see a better hotel!... Room was clean but staffs were not that friendly... Also, the AC/heat was making huge noise... I wasn’t able to sleep because of that!
