Never again! I was surprised the hotel didn't even have a ice machine, My bed spread was burnt with apparently a cigarette, two lights didn't work in the room and worst of all the Air Conditioning didn't even work,

Run down. Cheap. 1 star quality Run down. Broken shelving. Cheap towels. A/C set at 68 degrees and still couldn't cool the room. "Breakfast" limited to only two varieties of prepackaged snacks. This place should be downgraded to 1 star.

Waited for over 20 minutes to check in because the clerk said he had to take care of a problem upstairs and it took him forever. Had bugs crawling around the main door in the kitchen and the room smelled bad. I told one of the head maids the next morning and she acted like she didn't care or new about it and almost threw up her hands. I stay at Marriott properties 99% of the time to avoid these kind of experiences. It was a horrible experience all the way around. Disappointing 1) No manager on desk duty when we arrived. 2) Ran out of coffee early at breakfast both days. 3) A guest was complaining loudly in the lobby about bed bugs that another manager had helped them kill and Identify, The on duty manager was arguing a bit rudely about giving a refund and filling out paperwork. Bedbugs??? Never again!!

Filthy. The most filthy hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to pre-pay for. I’m on a 1400 mi road trip. If I hadn’t been so tired & it hadn’t been so dark I would have raised Cain. Just filthy, broke down & nasty.
