My can be summarized in just four words: WHAT IS THAT SMELL? Walking toward the room from the lobby, an odor that seemed like a combination of popcorn and vomit welcomed me to my hallway. After this, it shouldn't have been a surprise that the room itself had a very strong scent. This hotel is very outdated, the room was not clean at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My daughter and I arrived late and there was a mix up with our rooms, we were first given a room that was already occupied and had to wait for the night audit to finish before we were given another room. Avoid it if you can First time staying in one of these hotels and could be the last one. When we arrived, the female employee at the lobby didn't look happy and didn't welcome us. The next day, we tried to use the room keys and they didn't work. I had to go to the lobby and told a male employee about the keys. He said if I had the keys to close to my phone because that can cause the cards to get deactivated. How come? Dirty When we got to our room it looked like they hadn’t cleaned it at all, the beds looked slept in and the bathroom was dirty, there was still some stuff left in the fridge. I called the front desk to let her know and she was nice, apologized and gave me a new room, although cleaner than the previous room, it still wasn’t very clean...seeing as it was midnight though and we had an early day ahead of us we just had to deal with it. bad!!! It was horrible! I left after 3 hours because the noise was too loud!!

Never Again The staff was not attentive. Housekeeping never came to clean our room. Room smelt like curry, had to purchase candles to kee room lit due to smell!! Long story short, NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel understaffed and unfulfilled arrived at 12:30pm and unable to check in until 3pm per the staff. Came back at 3pm, room still not available. Lack of personnel to clean the rooms. Asked for utensils for the kitchen and received 3 knives and 3 spoons, no forks and no dishes or pot and pans. Asked for clean sheets and towels and no face towels available. No staff at front desk just a sign that they will return shortly. Hotel lacked appropriate personnel to manage and clean the premises. Don't stay here.
