very average hotel. a bed and shower. there was no one at the front desk when i went to check in. also was promised free breakfast but there was just a stand with coffee, muffins and bars.

The bed was damaged had what it seems to be blood stains all over covered by the mattress protection

Room is dirty, shower does not get hot and was broken, still trash leftover and sheets were dirty

Bad experience twice I’m a regular traveler to Atlanta and whenever I come I stay at Crestline ESA. I have been coming here since 3 years but during my last 2 visits I came across this guy who was at the front desk. He was very rude in receiving the guests and responding to them in the front desk. No hospitality at all. 1st experience: I reserved a king bed and I was given a queen bed. I was not told at the front desk that there is no king beds available and he was giving me the queen bed. I travel a lot and this is in my top 3 places never to return. I typically don't stay at Extended stays and the place edified the reason why. Nasty dirty and poor attitudes to match (other than the gentleman who checked me in, he was nice). Do not stay here.

It was very close to where I had my appointment. Checkin and out was painless and I had everything I needed. I only stayed the one night so I had no time to use facilities but the free breakfast, while small, was adequate.

Terrible Hotel The room was dirty, tub was dirty. The guy at the front desk was very helpful everything else about the hotel was terrible and I’ll never come back. I’ll also suggest to others never come back either.

Room not cleaned for more than a week. Firealarm in the mid of the night and no one to explain what was wrong. Staff is not friendly at all.

Very bad and bugs in the rooms, not friendly staff.
