DID not have a room for me when I was suppose to check in

Pesimo !! Pesimo !! Ya habia ido en otra oportunidad ... y me habia parecido ...decente ... sabiendo q era economico ... pero esta vez me toco una habitacion con olor a humedad y cigarrillo terrible !!! Proteste apenas hice el check in y solo rociaron perfume en la habitacion !! ...q duro 1 hora ... no me quisieron cambiar de habitacion ... pesimo !!!

We were given a room key after waiting about 20 mins. The room was not clean. It was 85 degrees in the room, the bed was not clean, and it smelled very bad. We were told there was no more rooms. We had to wait until the staff cleaned room. The room took a while to cool off

Nasty. My room had a stale odor. The bathroom had not been finished being cleaned: there was a wet wash rag still on the bathroom sink which had not been thoroughly wiped. There was not top sheet on the bed. The whole hotel is dingy and depressing. "Breakfast" was coffee service with cold cereal. I would never stay there again.

No remote for the television. Room smelled like men’s cheap cologne, not very clean either. Will definitely not stay here again. I came to GA to move my son from the college dorm for the summer. I will splurge and pay more for cleanliness and comfort next time. The location was good.

Hotel front desk asst was very RUDE!!! This is not a place where I'd return with my family.

Smell of smoke in hallways and no drinks in soda machine everything was sold out

Worst service I have ever received The quality of service at this location has greatly depleted since my last stay with them. Usually they refresh your towels and linens at least once a week. This time they did nothing. I went two weeks with the same items that I checked in with. On top of that the iron was messed up and when I tried to swap it out I received one that didn’t even work at all. Shocking My wife and I stayed there with our 1 yr old daughter and as soon as we moved some things around we found, dust cake under everything. Our sheets smelled a little odd and the quality was very unsatisfactory. For the price I will not be going there again....... But the staff was ok
