Not a great experience. Arrived after a 2 hour drive at 8:45pm. There was a post-it note at the front desk saying “on break, back at 9:10.” Stayed 3 nights total. The second evening, someone was outside playing music at 5:30pm. At about 7pm I called the front desk, the front desk person said she would speak with them. The music was turned down, then basically once an hour till about 11:30, it would cut on for a while. I called back at 11:30, spoke with someone about it. They said they’d tell them to stop. Near the highway After check in found the room has not yet complete, no towel, no bath soap,2 dirty pillows, wait 1.5 hrs. for them to bring in supply, both elevaters has syrup spilled on that i step on have reportd to the front deck but found it still there next morning at time of checking out.

Dump This place is a dump. Don't stay here. Didn't even have toilet paper in the room when I arrived. No soap, no shampoo, not even a cup to drink from. Trash out in the hallway.

Dump Got to my room and there was no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, no cups to drink from. The room smelled like smoke. This place is a dump. Don't stay here.

Not a good hotel of the condition of thos stay After check in, found the room has not completed as it has no towel, no soap, 1/2 roll toilet paper, no facial tissue, one pillow is dirty and pillow case is the same, waited 1.5 hrs. for picking up at the counter, carpet has not vacumed.

Not to Return Positives: The staff was very friendly and accommodating Good location to church & shopping Negatives: The bedding wasn't cleaned properly; visible stains Breakfast completely misrepresented Guests weren't respectful of other guests; very loud noise and partying Leaking shower head

We needed a plunger at 2:20 in the morning and I asked the desk to bring it to us which was a few doors down the hall and she simply said no. I did get it but there was no service at all. The person who checked us in was pleasant.

Management Needed We only stayed here for one night on March 19, 2018 Briana, the staff on duty at the front desk, was very nice and very helpful. She was the only positive experience we had on this stay. We did not have any towels and toiletries in our bathroom. I had to call the front desk and Briana had to deliver them to us - towels and one small pack of soap. She said that was all she had.
