The staff are super nice & incredible! Very easy to talk to. The rooms were cute but dirty the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed there was human hair all over them but other than that it was a great stay :)

Clean and smooth! The front desk receptionist was great. Location is exceptional to Lady Bird Lake for enjoying a morning walk and downtown just across the Colorado River! Will definitely return!!
I was quite disappointed with the service I’ve received. It was not genuine and didn’t offer the extra step to help you solve a problem. The pillows were terrible like it didn’t even seem like it was a pillow. The worse part was on my last morning, they forgot to tell me that the water was going to be turned off and I had to use wipes and a face towel instead of being able to take a shower. The hotel overall is fine for the price you’re paying but the quality of service isn’t there.
