Staff was rude and not helpful... but the Room was acceptable and met our needs.

Cold attitudes Room smelled very bed. Tried contacting front desk no response. In the morning no creamer for the coffe. Front desk said there was no creamer since she came in. I told her about rhe smell. No action taken.
