Nice hotel too close to freeway Upon check-in and getting my luggage to the room that they assign me, the room wasn't cleaned had to go back downstairs go to another room. The 2nd room was missing remote controls, it was missing towels, It missing pots and pans took 2 and 1/2 hours to get the remote control for the TV. The parking lot is not lit up very well I was afraid that my car was going to get broken into and I had seen spots or broken glass I was very concerned.

Nice Stay When we 1st arrived, we were greeted warmly and though they didn't have the room I booked available, they did their best to give me the best alternate accommodations. The facility is nice for the price and in a good location near downtown and several shopping areas and eateries.

New Faces New place many improvements have been made and the exterior property is much cleaner and safer. I have and to give a shout out to Elizabeth and Monique we're both so helpful and kind during my check in they made it easy and painless. they're both entirely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and safety
