The Hotel in Austin Tx on 183 When we checked in the girl who was supposed to be behind the desk as I learned, was out front smoking with a maintenance man of all things. Someone in the lobby knew who she was and pointed out front. I went to get her and she was very apologetic but at the same time, there were customers wanting to check in! Extended Stay America Austin-Northwest-Lakeline Ma The bed was very uncomfortable. It was too firm. I hardly slept. I was very disappointed. No pool. I will never stay at any Extended Stay again.

Not even good if your in a budget The external part of the hotel was agreeable with the eye but internally not so good for the eyes or nose. The 2nd floor had a very gross incence smell and the bed was hard. The tv was an antique. Didn't spend much time in the room maybe for the same reason. Even if your in a budget i would say to spend additional $10 per night on a better hotel.

Not that great Mediocre at best. Expect 20 min drive, up to 40 to downtown Austin if traffic.

Unhappy WORST HOTEL I'VE STAYED EVER. DIRTY N NASTY. IT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN OPEN DURING OUR STAY, THE WHOLE PLACE LOOKD LIKE A DUMP.

Sucky Ducky The room failed to meet expectations. I have stayed here before and was shocked at the conditions. However, the staff was very friendly.

Not a good Stay They declined my reservation as they had major water damage and transferred me ten miles away to another hotel. The second hotel was a dump just off of the Interstate and had many problems. People working on their junk cars in the parking lot. Low end clients and second rate rooms. I will never stay at this chain in this area again. Not to mention the freight train that goes by every hour with it's horn blowing.
