Felt like a high school party hotel The sorrounding area is nasty, The walls are so thin and the people who were staying above us continued to pound on the floor until 2:30 in the morning. Then at 4:30 A.M someone pulled the fire alarm. It reminded me of a place we would have got for a high school party. Will never stay at any place like this again.

Cigarette smell; worn down place, waste of money The room they gave me had a very strong cigarette smell; I called the attendant to inform her about it, she told me she didn’t smell anything and that the room was fine. I used to smoke a long time ago; I am very familiar with the smell, I was even sneezing and coughing because of the strong smell She did give me another room and even though the second room didn’t stink as bad as the first one it had the same scent. I was actually surprised as to how bad this place was! I read all the reviews and quite a few people said it was good so I figured that the people who gave bad reviews were just being really picky. Plus a rate of 3.2 out of 5 is not bad but I was not happy here. I got this hotel this past weekend for one night and to begin the front receptionist kept sucking her lip ring in and out of her mouth while she did our paperwork which is so disgusting and extremely unprofessional. The Hotel in Austin Tx on 183 When we checked in the girl who was supposed to be behind the desk as I learned, was out front smoking with a maintenance man of all things. Someone in the lobby knew who she was and pointed out front. I went to get her and she was very apologetic but at the same time, there were customers wanting to check in! Extended Stay America Austin-Northwest-Lakeline Ma The bed was very uncomfortable. It was too firm. I hardly slept. I was very disappointed. No pool. I will never stay at any Extended Stay again.

Not even good if your in a budget The external part of the hotel was agreeable with the eye but internally not so good for the eyes or nose. The 2nd floor had a very gross incence smell and the bed was hard. The tv was an antique. Didn't spend much time in the room maybe for the same reason. Even if your in a budget i would say to spend additional $10 per night on a better hotel.

Not that great Mediocre at best. Expect 20 min drive, up to 40 to downtown Austin if traffic.
