Upset Took me 45 mins to check in they don't have a night front desk attendant all they do is have a cleaning lady check u in very upsetting she did not now what to do she tried claim over and over her boss as I said it took 45 mins before she figured out what to do ill never stay there again !

GROSS! We HATED this hotel, and will NEVER use this chain again. The rooms were stinky - carpet was filthy. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The signs said they did not clean the dishes that were for use...so who did? The last guest? Totally overpriced and nasty!!!!

Stinky Hotel! This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. We asked for a Non-smoking room and were given a Smoking Room. It stunk all night & since we arrived late they did not change our room. We felt like we were sleeping in a matchbox! Our clothes stank & the sheets & the whole room did too!

Felt like a high school party hotel The sorrounding area is nasty, The walls are so thin and the people who were staying above us continued to pound on the floor until 2:30 in the morning. Then at 4:30 A.M someone pulled the fire alarm. It reminded me of a place we would have got for a high school party. Will never stay at any place like this again.

Cigarette smell; worn down place, waste of money The room they gave me had a very strong cigarette smell; I called the attendant to inform her about it, she told me she didn’t smell anything and that the room was fine. I used to smoke a long time ago; I am very familiar with the smell, I was even sneezing and coughing because of the strong smell She did give me another room and even though the second room didn’t stink as bad as the first one it had the same scent. I was actually surprised as to how bad this place was! I read all the reviews and quite a few people said it was good so I figured that the people who gave bad reviews were just being really picky. Plus a rate of 3.2 out of 5 is not bad but I was not happy here. I got this hotel this past weekend for one night and to begin the front receptionist kept sucking her lip ring in and out of her mouth while she did our paperwork which is so disgusting and extremely unprofessional.
