Cleanliness of Hotel \We were really bummed by the condition of the room. When walking in we first noticed the strong smell of cigarette smoke. The elevator had some kind of water spill and we watch a cleaning person walk by ignoring it. The spill was still there two hours later when we came back. Our bed was ROCK hard, and extremely loud. Non smokers beware I actually checked into a different hotel the next day and forfeited my money to this hotel. The hotel rooms smelled of second had smoke and it was too much to handle. Went to La Quinta and loved it.

One Night of Dissapointment Requested a non smoking room... was told it was a non-smoking room but it was not... difficult to sleep and left all my clothing smelling of tobacco smoke

Surprised! Please note that the "Overall Rating" of 1 primarily reflects that this is listed as a hotel. The accommodations are definitely for a longer-term stay than a few days: Linens are not changed daily and the rooms are not touched for a stay under eight days. Also, although listed as a "pet-friendly hotel," we found the charge not clearly listed and very high. Personnel seem to be efficient but not welcoming.

Worst Room Ever The hotel smelled of mildew on the 4th floor. Had to wait till 5:20PM to check in rooms not ready. Room never cleaned after I checked in. Worst hotel I have been in people will get sick from mildew.

What's next? When I first walked in, I was surprised that the lamp above the table didn't turn on. The bulb needed to be replaced. There were small hairs on the tub. Toilet seat was wobbly. The fact that there was no shampoo or conditioner was probably as interesting as finding out that they didn't give out complementary toothbrushes! Overall, the stay was very disappointing. I have stayed at the Extended Stay in Nassau, TX and had a wonderful experience there!

Just the basics If you are looking for very basic accomodation and ability to make your own meals - this hotel is for you. If you are used to restaurants on site, wake-up calls, shampoo, housekeeping services etc. stay elsewhere. Daily linen changes and cleaning are additonal charges. Great for Construction workers and students not so much for a business professional.
