Don't expect much Breakfast:poor; housekeeping: none; amenities: none. Plus: no cofee maker or cooking supplies in room, they charge you extra if you want a pan or a coffee maker, no hair dryer and... Noise from the Hwy. definetely even though price seemed reasonable in comparison with other hotels in the area, i would go 20$ up in budget and reserve a hotel that really offers what it promises

DIRTY HOTEL WAS DIRTY, CARPETS NEEDED VACUUMING & FLOORS NEEDED MOPPING... ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED DURING MY STAY.

not what I was expecting Booked and payed for a room with a king bed, which was suddenly unavailable at check-in. The staff didn't offer any compensation for not giving me the room that I payed for. The hotel also offered kitchen amenities, stovetop, oven, microwave, refridgerator...however there were no plates, glasswear, utensils, pots or pans with the room therefore rendering everything but the fridge useless. Smelly and dirty There was a funky smell throughout the entire hotel that did not go away the three days we were there. Made sure to check for bed bugs and there were none, so that was the only good thing.

Not Club Med Cost over inflated. Thought the bar of soap was a Vanilla Wafer. No automatic doors to come into the property when you carried in luggage and other items. Grab and Go was cheap skated. No ice in freezer. Made some for us and for the next occupant. Need an ice machine at least on two of the floors. Motel 6 type of linens. Gals at the desk were hospitable and helpful. Bed comfortable. Out of 5, it deserves a 2.

Unimpressed Dog barking non-stop from 4th floor window upon my arrival. Front desk tells me they are overbooked & can't get me in the room I reserved...smoke odor throughout building. My "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke & the 4th floor hallway was smoke-filled. The room was not properly cleaned. Just gross.

Stay somewhere else. The worst. Book the Holiday Inn right up the street. I didn't feel safe, it smelled like old food/grease/unclean. The non-smoking room was a joke, since I could still smell the stink of cigarettes from the other rooms. The staff wasn't friendly. There wasn't a soap dish, toilet paper holder, or even an ironing board cover. Even the halls and elevators were filthy. I definitely won't be back. Smelly beer cans left in room I thought the room smelled and dismissed it as a stale room. The next night I came in from being gone all day and I thought the room smelled again. Well I started looking in the cabinets in the kitchenette and found the source. It was empty beer cans piled inside the cabinet underneath. I was not too pleased once I discovered this so I complained and the front desk clerk and she said she would try to do something about my bill.I have not heard back. Thank you and have a great day.
