Nasty dirty- poorly managed lication Tge room was not stocked with tissues or plactic cups. When one of my dooe cards did not work i went to the front dest to have it fixed. I asked for tissue snd cups telling the clerkabout the situation. He said he wiuld have some sent- they bever arrived bad coustmer service. When the request if basic items were not sent to our room i canceled the next days resveration and booked a hotel. Poor Customer service and Smoked in rooms (non smo I had booked this room for my family including a 6 month baby. When we arrived at the Hotel, there was nobody at the receptionists desk. It had a board saying they are assisting other customers. In reality all 3 of the staff members were taking a smoke break at the back, through the maintenance door. Convenient We chose this hotel because of its convenient location to where we were traveling. Hotel walls thin can hear everything through the walls. No maid service. Hotel front desk smelled of weed every night. Wouldn't stay here again.

not clean! I stayed in the deluxe room with king bed. The room did not smell good + the bathroom was not clean! The room was big though and the price was convenient. It is also about 20 minutes from downtown so that was convenient to me

sMOKY kNOWING WE WOULD BE GETTING IN AFTER 9 PM, i BOOKED A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND PAID IN ADVANCE. gOT THERE AND WHEN WE GOT INTO THE ROOM, IT SMEELED LIKE SMOKE- HAD TO GET THE FABREEZ OUT OF THE CAR TO EVEN BE ABLE TO TOLERATE IT. mICROWAVE WAS DIRTY WITH FOOD IN IT. gLAD WE ONLY THERE TO CATCH A NAP AND MOVE ON.

Worse case senerio Would only stay there again if it was the only place available, service is terrible, rooms smell like smoke, along with hallway and you can hear everything in the rooms around you, and the stairways always have people smoking and trashy.

The heater in the roomb didn't wi rk and they didn't do anything to compensate me in anyway. The room was cold and my son have asthma and he was cold that he slept in his jacket socks ling pant and two long sleeves shirts

Don't check in after 10:PM Arrived at 10:45 PM Meet by Laundry man Recieved Room Key to an already occuptied room return to desk recieved new room which was already occuptied. At that point we knew it was best to go elsewhere.

You get what you pay, should have checked closer Was not aware hotel allowed smoking in some rooms, whole place smelled. People smoked outside back & front doors constantly and it drifted in. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again.
