Okay The room was spacious and felt good from a design standpoint. Unfortunately it did smell-- covering up smoke maybe?? The quality of bedding was very poor-- the blanket was a large piece of thin foam basically. The guest services person was not friendly or motivated although the process was painless for the most part. The stairwell was nicely maintained, parking lot well lit, etc.

Great experience We checked in and the places looked nice. My daughter even mentioned how clean the hotel was and how nice the people were.

Great staff, great stay great staff, great stay
Good stay overall We had a good stay I just wouldn't suggest taking the room in front of the housekeeping room unless you're ready to wake up early.

NW Austin Hotel Nice, comfortable hotel. Fell well within my budget.
