Great staff, great stay great staff, great stay
Good stay overall We had a good stay I just wouldn't suggest taking the room in front of the housekeeping room unless you're ready to wake up early.

NW Austin Hotel Nice, comfortable hotel. Fell well within my budget.

Moderately-priced hotel. Fine for my purpose. I have stayed at the Extended Stay America Lakeline Mall Hotel twice in recent weeks, both before and after Christmas 2013. On both occasions, I was very happy with the helpful staff and with the general standard of the hotel accommodation and facilities. This is not a 5 star hotel - nor is it priced like one.

Staff was friendly. The room was very clean. Bed could have been a little softer but for one night it was fine. Had a nice kitchen if I were staying longer. the breakfast is only fruit, breakfast bars, instant oatmeal and coffee.
