Hotel was very nice other than being a little hard to get to and being especially busy that night. Took about 40 mins to get checked in but after that everything was great.
Disappointed Breakfast!!! I had to pay over $100.00 for this room and all I got for breakfast was a pre-packaged Muffin. I will not be staying at an Extended Stay hotel again.
OK, nothing to writer home about though----------- The a/c needed work otherwise the room was adquite for an older hotel----beds were extremely HARD--it was like sleeping on a board---need updating in the bathrooms--
Everything I needed. Light breakfast included. I wanted a hotel relatively close to bus line. Staff very helpful in helping me locate nearby shops and bus line. Room had full size fridge.
Good hotel for the price Good staff except when we checked in late at night - the housekeeping lady was also at the front desk and we did not understand her Spanish we e called for directions.

Clean, neat Breakfast is a joke. Doors to bathroom can hit you as they open out. Otherwise clean. Staff are particularly unhelpful and never around at the front desk.
Only as a last resort. We booked this place as it was an affordable option in Austin for a weekend getaway. I wish I had spent more for a better hotel. The whole building reeked of smoke. Our "non-smoking" room smelled like it had been saturated in cigarettes. The room was fairly clean minus the smell. Beds were hard and small, towels okay.
