Management needs lessons on customer service The hotel was wonderful but the management was horrible and the manager was very degrading

All was fine and went as expected. Nothing bad to say. No delays. Nice people. Slightly odd scent in hallways. Nothing awesome or unusual.
Good stay the hotel provided exactly what I needed. It was not a fancy hotel and it was intended for minimum luxuries and I would prefer that to more expensive stays. It was clean and the coffee was good. I was good with no maid service. In fact I like not having anyone in my room with all my things there. I would suggest that they put hair dryers and coffee pots in the rooms.

Nice Stay Nice hotel and staff
The room was for my mother. The hotel was not very clean and the refrigerator and freezer were not very clean and they smelled bad. They did not have an ice maker and when I asked about ice I was informed there were ice trays in the freezer. Was not very convenient to have to wait for water to freeze. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired.
Check-in was a breeze. The reservation was ready and the clerk basically handed us the key cards. We did not plan to cook because it was a brief stay, but it is nice to have that option. Coffee, fruit, and granola bars was a nice touch for a morning snack.

Information to be found useful My stay was satisfactory but the biggest problem was the telephone. My family was unable to reach me in a timely manner. Sometimes the reception would have a member on the line for a long time until they were forced to hang up. Other times the person answers the phone and then hang up.
