Unbeatable location for the price Check in was extremely fast, the hotel is right off the highway, yet you cant hear any cars or noise. Several resturants within minutes away was a plus. We stayed the night for a George Strait concert in Cedar Park, which was only miles away, great location. Had a great time in Austin, very nice hotel.

Works for one night The people at the front desk were great. We were only there to sleep. The beds were hard, the rooms were noisy, and our carpet had not been vacuumed very well. For one night it worked, but definitely would have gone somewhere else for an extended stay.

Just okay Having a kitchenette was nice but the room was just okay. No desk help in the evening so I couldn't get extra coffee packs. Price is inexpensive but you have to pay $3.00 a day if you want fresh towels and your bed made. I doubt if they do any heavy cleaning during a guest's stay.

Clean & convenient I come to Austin monthly for business and this hotel is convenient, clean and the staff is helpful

OK - not great Lower your expectations, and you will be OK. Took three rooms to get a non-smoking room which didn't smell like old smoke. Hallways are dingy, ragged. Room was solid, if unadorned. Small TV - remote didn't work (even after asking for help). Hard, firm bed. No daily cleaning service (can be had for a charge). HVAC violent and noisey. But overall - OK. Just sleep, wake up, get out.
