OK - not great Lower your expectations, and you will be OK. Took three rooms to get a non-smoking room which didn't smell like old smoke. Hallways are dingy, ragged. Room was solid, if unadorned. Small TV - remote didn't work (even after asking for help). Hard, firm bed. No daily cleaning service (can be had for a charge). HVAC violent and noisey. But overall - OK. Just sleep, wake up, get out.
The property was never able to check me in. The property stated that the virtual card that Expedia sends them was not working. Terrible experience, still yet to receive my refund.

There were many cockroaches in the room. Very Un sanitized. Moved to another hotel because of this issue. Will not recommend to others.
Hotel rooms are not clean see lot of dust on floor and on bed
I went to my room. There was no remote control. I went to the front desk and the lady gave me a different one. I went back to my room and found out the remote did not work. I called and went to the office. No one was there. I called the company and they said no one could help me till the next morning. So I was in my room without a TV. I believe I should get a refund.
