Got ready to check in had to go to several rooms before we got a clean and decent room doors would not unlock with the card key went in one room and was not cleaned but the front desk person was very helpful and kept apologizing for the inconvenience
The young lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, but the rooms were disgusting, she allowed me to cancel and receive a full refund.
Everything WAS good the only thing I DIDNT LIKE WAS, THAT I WAS THERE 8 DAYS AND THEY NEVER CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM
Terrible, disgusting, homeless people every where. Very unsafe.

Facility does not have standard equipment, old, dirty. Lights went out no power till early hours of next day.

Filthy rooms- do not stay here. I did not stay. The room was absolutely filthy, and I canceled my stay.

While the room was clean and comfortable, any amenities were severely lacking. There were no hand towels nor facial tissues. Even though the room had a kitchenette, there were no plates nor pots or pans. They said they don’t provide them any more, even for a charge. The front desk was closed at 9 am when I wanted to check out. The cleaning staff told me the office doesn’t open until 10. I left my room keys with the cleaning staff
