Filthy rooms- do not stay here. I did not stay. The room was absolutely filthy, and I canceled my stay.

While the room was clean and comfortable, any amenities were severely lacking. There were no hand towels nor facial tissues. Even though the room had a kitchenette, there were no plates nor pots or pans. They said they don’t provide them any more, even for a charge. The front desk was closed at 9 am when I wanted to check out. The cleaning staff told me the office doesn’t open until 10. I left my room keys with the cleaning staff

They try to kick you out early Check-in was easy and great. Front desk lady was sweet and kind. But the reason my rating is low is because they will knock on your door at 10:25 AM to make sure you’re leaving. So rude and unprofessional!!

I'm completely disappointed with this hotel. First of all the hotel was nothing like I expected. When we arrived there was homeless people in the entrance of the hotel. When we entered, I was charged for the hotel and given my key. When we arrived to the room, the room had a terrible smell, the carpet was damaged and full of stains and the room was nothing compared to what i saw in the internet.
