Staff was very amazing. Can’t complain. You definitely get what you pay for. Nothing fancy but satisfying and spacey. Clean restrooms and comforters. Furniture is acceptable. Off highway of a low traffic area. Would definitely book again
Take a deep breath…then book the room! The Front desk energy was poor. I was told to stop booking with Hotels.com because others before us tried checking in and were unable to BECAUSE of Hotels.com! The room was damp and dull. It “appeared” cleaned but not honestly cleaned. The piping rattled each time the shower turned on. The shared areas needs an upgrade. Más o menos Primero en lo único que estuve agusto es que quiero agradecer a la Srita. Sandra por su buena atención. En cuanto servicio del hotel: descontento porque no había agua para tomar, no había café en las tardes y noche, no había secadora de pelo, y la limpieza se hace cada semana. Las toallas sí se cambian pero la limpieza del cuarto no.

Very disappointed how dirty the place was and it had a really bad smell and roaches!
