As always the staff is professional courteous and very helpful and property is clean and close to all the restaurants and shops

I booked this hotel for the purpose of the pool since my kids are out for the summer but it was recently covered up with cement. The rooms/furniture are very outdated but the staff is extremely nice.

Nice enough The hotel was nice but the hallways could use some vacuuming. You could see some guests were long term because they would visit each other in their rooms. The clerk seemed over whelmed upon check in and the morning clerk seemed to be engaged in long conversation with long term guests. Shampoo would be a welcome feature.
The staff is amazing the rooms need a little bit of updating the pullout bed did not work but overall it was a pleasant experience

Kind suite with sofa bed Hotel staff was friendly. However the pillows were flat, the bed sheets had holes in them. I had a suite room with a king bed and sofa bed reserved, no extra bedding was provided. The sink and tub were dirty. Overall room did not have a cleanliness feel or smell.
