Won't stay there again If you are on a tight budget and need a place to stay with a good amount of room, then I suppose this is the place for you. Just remember to bring your own pillow and snacks/drinks because there are no vending machines. Also, if you are a light sleeper then forget about this place.

Stay elsewhere if you can afford it Place is a dump, very dirty room, most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever had, hallways are very loud even if you try to walk softly, stairway area full of trash bags that reeked like they had been there for days, horrible experience!!!

Really Dirty The trash cans at the stairs were all full and smelling. There were no shampoo etc in my room (just one face and one body shampoo).

will not stay there again very dirty carpet in the hallways and in the room. old, badly scratched and badly discolord bathroom facilities. specialy bath tub and toiletseat

Extended Stay Means Extended Stay-Not One Night! I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and was promptly given a room. Upon entering the room I turned on the air conditioning unit and it made a loud rumbling sound when the compressor was on. The refrigeratior did not have an ice maker and there were no ice trays or ice bucket. There was also no shampoo in the bathroom. Horrible Hotel The hotel was not clean, not well maintained, had an odor from animals allowed to stay and there was a cockroach inside bedside table when my husband pulled open the drawer. Disgusting. Expedia had to refund our money so we could check into a different hotel.

Needs a complete remodel Check in was friendly and efficient, then walk down hall showed dirty worn carpets, The room opened up to very used furniture and carpet, mattress cover that would not stay in place, a good wipe down of furniture to remove stains and spills needed, Barbeque pits at pool were not sanitary and broken, the morning coffe bar had bugs in the rolls and coffe often empty for later visitors and food not replenished for a later riser. Staff Needs Improvement I have never had such terrible service and I travel a lot. The room did not have the sofa bed mad up with sheets and staff refused to bring them to our room (we had to go get them.) Then they had us checking out on the wrong day even though we corrected it at check in and they called and demnded we leave two days before we were to leave; when we pointed it out their mistake we did not receive an apology just an "oh now we see the other reservation".
