Average hotel but pricie Nice hotel just if you ran out of options! I think a little pricie for the quality! But if it is just for one nigth it is ok

Find anyplace else Although it is typically a low quality and inexpensive brand, this place is pretty bad. My room stunk of Indian food and body odor. The bathtub was disgusting. The bed had noticeable stains on the sheets and pillow cases. There was one cup in the room so at least I could grab a drink of water Austin's finest chlorine. And I always forget they never provide shampoo or soap or something so you have to run down to pick up a ton of stuff which is annoying. Fair is a pretty accurate description If you are looking for luxery or even good try someplace else. Here you are renting a room for the night with minimal amenities. If that's all you need than you will be satisfied, if you want something more you will disappointed.

Worst hotel stay Do not recommend at all. Will not return to this hotel. Dirty rooms, felt unsafe.
Will not stay again Had to find a room late in Austin and this was the closest place that had any availability. The pictures on line looked good...so we committed. The hotel presents itself adequate at the desk and the desk clerk was sharp and friendly. Taking the stairs to our room found piles of trash bags stacked in each roomy stairwell. Not a good first impression. The hotel smells of smoke everywhere. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Nothing fancy. Wasn't expecting anything great but this didn't meet my basic expectations. Room was dirty at check-in and extended stay amenities were almost nonexistent. I ended up purchasing handsoap, paper plates/utensils/etc. for a 9 night stay. Hotel staff acted inconveniencd when asking basic questions, etc. (ex: change for onsite laundry). Disappointing, expected more from this chain, will not recommend this to anyone or stay there again.
No Frills Place to Stay Pluses: Nice neighborhood, convenient shopping and services. Convenient Kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. Free WiFi worked well. Spacious room had 2 TVs and separate sleeping area. Need to work on: Room was not clean; dirty dishes in the cabinet; No toilet paper or hangars in the room; No phone in room means waiting in line at the front desk for any issues that come up. Curtains do not close all the way -- bring clips to keep the street lights out.
Should be rated a 1 star. Hotel was not very clean, internet was unreliable and had a large guest population of long term stays. Did not feel safe at night.
