terrible hotel They don't clean unless you stay a week ,vending machine was empty ,pool dirty ,carpet was filthy

Needs Updating The room itself was fine but the couch had several stains on it and it was obviously getting old. The doors leading to the outside of the hotel (which are supposed to require key access to enter) did not lock so anyone could wander into the hotel from a side enterance.

Not a good experience The front desk clerk was very personable and dressed extraordinarily unprofessional. The young woman was wearing exercise tights and overly revealing top. She efficiently assigned a room that I soon discovered was not ready so I had to return to the front desk carrying luggage to get another room assigned. That room was okay until I started t make coffee and found moldy coffee in the coffee machine. My last stay I got what I paid for. However, with a hole in the bathroom door, filthy couch and dining/office chairs that had white stains of who knows what with an added bonus of a hard-as-a rock bed - I really have no reason to recommend this place. Very much a disappointment. The courtyard below looked lovely and the lobby area seemed nice. The room just seemed like it had seen its best days.

Desuck instead of Delux I was all down for the full kitchen in the room but was taken bank by the old dishes, frig, stove, and micowave. Could not find the ice maker in the hotel so hence for the one icetray in the freezer. The continental breakfast was a joke. Cold coffee, no tea, and all the muffins you can eat. Location was close to area resturants but that was the only plus.

not clean overpriced for even a suite with kitchenette. needs renovation. place just very stained and unclean. and they only clean your room once a week. Also for those used to living in non-smoking states, the smell of cigarettes is just plain disgusting. It seeps into everything, including the non-smoking floors. The deodorizer just makes it worse.

Run As Fast as You Can Entry ways:Bug,Dirt,Trash Sky High, and doors to the outside did not lock. Smoking area crowded and too close to the outside doors. Weird people hanging outside. Room: smelled like cat pee. Carpet wet from AC but the front office did offer another room. Mold in grout. Nice shower head, though. Stains on carpet. No maintance or housekeeping on weekend. Front office nice and professional.

1 Hallways were dirty, carpet with several stains. Entire hotel reeked of smoke. Everything in my suit case smelled of smoke!! Continental breakfast was a joke. Apples and muffins, no milk, no hot tea. I would never pick this hotel again!

Extended Stay in Northwest, Austin Bathroom was dirty; hair on the floor. The maintenance man who came to repair the latch on the opening door did a very good job. He replaced a burned out bulb, was courteous, respectful and came promptly. The same pieces of paper were left on the floor of the elevator all four days we were there.
